Preparation of plans for submission for Permit and approval. Boxabl placing of order once permit secured

SITE PREPARATION

Site works including Excavation, Foundation, Plumbing, Water, Power. Onsite construction and off-site home construction can begin simultaneously.

Step 5

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Your completed home is then delivered to your site and can typically be installed on your new foundation within a day!

In addition to the appliances, our Casita also comes equipped with all the necessary utility hookups such as water, electricity, internet, and sewage which means setup is a breeze & you are ready to live in your new home.
